Pieve Di Pitti
On the Pieve de' Pitti hill geological formations of the Valdera are present, starting from the Pliocene sands and clays, up to the alluvial terraces of blue clay. In a variety of textures, colors, chemistry, pereability, density and fertility that constitutes a unique element with great potential in the Tuscan winemaking panorama. It combines all these elements on a hill that overlooks, with steep slopes to the South-West and both towards the South-East with large flat terraces. The sun flourishes around the Villa, and the Libeccio wind blows constantly from the South-West.

Château Montana
Château Montana is located between the sea and the mountains, in the south of Roussillon near Perpignan. The grape variety of the vineyard, adapted to the land, allows for production for both local wines and high-quality ‘Appellation d’Origine’ wines. The wine comes from vines which are laid out in terraces and hills then extend over the coastal plateau. The climate, typically Mediterranean, is particularly windy. The density of sunshine modulated by the local winds contributes to making this vineyard an ideal land for powerful and aromatic wines.

David Fagot
The region is at the confluence of three major influences: southerly, oceanic and continental. These unique conditions over time have dictated the choice of varietal. The climate of Bourgogne is mainly temperate, and has a positive influence on vine growing. Morning sunshine, helped by the aspect of the vines, which in winter helps limit the risk of frost damage, and in summer helps ripen the grapes. The region also thrives from a northerly wind that limits the humidity in certain plots. Planting the vines on slopes ensures the ripening of the grapes. Located at between 200-500 meters above sea level, the plots enjoy the best hours of sunshine. This aspect also protects the vines from westerly winds which can bring humidity. Another advantage of hillside planting is that the water drains away more easily. These good conditions, combined with unique geology give rise to some inimitable wines.

Campillo
Campillo prides itself on Continental climate with Atlantic influence. Making for short summers and mild winters which allow the grapes to be in excellent health quality. The vineyards are located on the southern slopes of the Cantabrian mountain range making for high altitude.  The mountain location allows for cooler temperatures and more wind than the average. The vineyard also experiences above average rainfallwith no need to irrigation. Wines are fresh, with a medium to high body, pleasant acidity, and improved aging potential. The vines are over 30 years and reside in Clay-limestone and clay iron soils. The vines are additionally hand harvested.
